BBR’s Handlebar Kits are the go-to upgrade for pit bike riders ready to dial in real control, comfort, and fit. Designed as a complete bolt-on solution, each kit includes everything you need — bars, throttle, cables, levers, grips, and hardware — all precision-built for performance and durability. Whether you’re building a CRF/XR50 or setting up a taller cockpit for your CRF110F, these kits deliver that clean, professional feel right out of the box.

For the CRF/XR50, BBR includes black or red anodized billet aluminum clamps, 8" chromoly rise bars, extended throttle and brake cables, and a CR-style kill switch. Even the small details are covered — bar pad, grips, grip glue, and hardware are all included. The conversion changes the stock 3/4" setup to a standard 7/8" diameter, letting you run real motorcycle controls for a better feel and more control.

The CRF110F Tall Bar Kit is built for bigger riders who’ve outgrown the cramped stock position. It swaps in BBR’s premium aluminum MX bar that’s 2" taller and 4" wider than OEM, giving a more upright and aggressive riding stance. The kit comes with a throttle assembly, extended cables, carb top, shorty brake lever, grips, and bar pad — all matched for proper fitment on 2013–2018 CRF110F models.
