I would say this tote is still in good pre loved condition. The canvas is great the leather is not vachetta which is a plus because water is less likely to effect it. It does have edge wear on inside of handles. Still completely usable and strong. The corners have rubbing as seen in pictures (touch up with leather paint if you want) inside is leather and very clean both pockets outside are also clean. There is normal wear to the tote a few marks but overall such a stunning piece to add to your collection and at my listing price would even be able to make a profit reselling. I don't mind resellers buying my items. I love giving a great deal to everyone. This tote is a good size and date code is legible 872TH
