The Lumen tracker is a portable device to measure your metabolism through your breath and deliver personal health insights and nutrition plans to an app. It's an excellent tool for weight loss if you commit to the program. Only used a handful of times as I was never organised enough to commit. Now sitting in box and could be useful to someone else!! Paid over £300 new.
